1. Day-to-day business support
Based on active listening, our approach consists of offering support that meets the expectations of our interlocutors as closely as possible, whether they are managers, HR, lawyers, or even attached to the financial management of the company.
The advice provided aims to help the company identify solutions and choose the appropriate one, secure its practices and improve its operation.
We intervene at all stages of the individual employment relationship (from the recruitment of the employee to the termination of the employment contract). We also advise companies on the themes of staff representation (CSE election, consultations, etc.) and social relations (trade union designations, representativeness, collective bargaining).
2. Structuring Operations Assistance
We participate in the strategic reflection on the collective organization of work, such as in terms of the duration and organization of working time (company agreements relating to the calculation of working time over the year with possible additional rest, flat rate annual in days, four-day week, paid holidays, etc.), or in terms of travel time, on-call duty, teleworking.
We advise our clients in the context of internal reorganizations: changes in collective status, company relocation, collective redundancies, etc.
We are also contacted regarding the remuneration policy (annual negotiation on salaries, value-sharing bonus), employee savings (profit-sharing, profit-sharing, savings plans) and social protection (mutual insurance, provident insurance, retirement).
We work with companies and groups of companies on the occasion of restructuring, legal operations (transfer, external growth, merger, etc.), in the context of audits and management towards staff representatives and employees.
